Oak Framed Annexe
A luxury bespoke timber framed garden building in south Devon built as a home office and studio space. Green Oak frame and complete build by HUTI.
In Autumn 2020 HUTI was engaged to completely rebuild and extend an original timber stables. The existing building and timber frame were carefully dismantled and some of the original timber frame re-worked and used within the office area of the new design. A new oak frame was designed and manufactured to sit within the extension and create a spectacular vaulted studio space. The whole structure was rebuilt to a high spec domestic standard for Building Regs and boarded in Siberian Larch cladding. Design by APG Design.
